US Open Tennis. Maria Sharapova out.

The very interesting US Open tournament in full swing with very high class interesting and exciting tennis and results. It was great to see Rafael Nadal in action moving comfortably which is clear sign that he has recovered from his knee injury, he may not be 100% fit but if he can cover the court like last night than he sure had the chance to go deep into tournament. Rafael Nadal will play some French player Jo-Wilfred Tsonga who I have watched for the first time playing couple of games against Tim Henman.
Agnieszka Radwanska 18 year 32 ranked Polland player defeated Maria Sharapova the defending US Open Champion. This was the first upset second upset was Nadia Petrova was defeated by another 18 year old Hungarian player Agnes Szavay. We are sure going to see more of these two young players next season with these wins their rankings will go up and they sure will get more TV coverage. Maria Sharapova said in the press conference that she is not going to blame the wind or make any excuses for her third round loss. She said this is tennis where there are some days when you loose in first round and then there are some days when you loose in final and some days when you loose in third round. This is the best analysis of her loss so I am no comment on her game as she is always sweet whether winning or loosing. Anna Chekvetadze defeated Sania Mirza who is an average tennis player in straight sets.
There are two new American players which we will see in years to come John Isner and Donald Young. These both guys lost their matches against Federer and Lopez but they can play good tennis. Donald Young is more talented player than John Isner who has the talents to reach top ten quickly. John Isner is tall 6′ 9″ with huge serve but he is very slow in covering the court so he will be more like Ivo Karlovic type of player and on the other hand Donald Young who is 5′ 10″ can play very good defensive and aggressive tennis. Roger Federer defeated John Isner in four sets, he lost the first set in tie break when he played a bad short. Roger Federer started the set with breaking John Isner in the first game and from there onwards he never give any chance to Isner. Andy Roddick was on fire defeated Thomas Johansson in straight sets and he will face Tomas Brdych in the next round who will be tough opponent.
Tonight Vaidisova will play Shahar Peer of Israel and this is going to be another interesting match, both players are very talented and play very good tennis. James Blake will take on Stefan Koubek which will not be very difficult opponent for him to beat.
Serena Williams will face Marion Bartoli tomorrow which again will be very interesting match. Bartoli has kind of very strange way of serving and hitting the ball with two hands on both sides and she have the talents to defeat Serena Williams. Venus Williams will play against Ana Ivanovic who also is very talented player.
